Platform Role
MovnTrans is a logistics coordination platform. We help customers request quotes and bookings, organize move or vehicle transport details, and coordinate with carriers or service providers.
Quote And Booking Requests
Customers submit information such as pickup and delivery locations, dates, property or vehicle details, and contact information so MovnTrans can prepare an estimate or booking request.
Estimates May Change
Quotes shown on the platform are estimates. Final pricing may change before dispatch based on inventory, access conditions, dates, carrier availability, route changes, fuel, insurance, special handling, storage, or other details confirmed later.
Independent Providers
Moving companies, carriers, and service providers are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, equipment, personnel, operations, and service performance.
Company Accounts And Payments
Companies may create accounts, maintain profile information, and pay subscription or platform fees where applicable. Subscription terms, billing timing, renewals, cancellations, and access may depend on the plan or payment provider used at checkout.
Cancellation, Release, And Expiration
Orders, leads, quotes, or booking opportunities may expire, be released, or become unavailable if they are not confirmed within the required window. Cancellation rules may vary by provider, route, service type, timing, and confirmed booking terms.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping contact details current, reviewing quotes and booking details before confirming, complying with applicable laws, and using the platform for lawful logistics requests only.

Platform availability and estimates are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or final carrier acceptance.
